Claudia Barbu
I have built experience directly within the industry, moving from sales to coordinating marketing activities and taking part in repositionings, launches, rebranding projects and communication campaigns for major companies. After more than 14 years at TSG – euroShell, I took on the role of Marketing Communication Manager at Smart Diesel (from April 2021), a company subsequently acquired by DKV Mobility.
From September 2025, I made the move into entrepreneurship, bringing to the table a rare combination of strategic thinking and practical implementation, with solutions tailored to market realities. I work with established companies that want to strengthen their reputation, communicate coherently and differentiate themselves beyond price alone. I support them in defining their positioning, structuring the marketing function and building a clear, credible and respected brand. After nearly twenty years alongside players in transport and logistics, I felt the time was right for the next step: DRIVION.
Together with Roxana, we are building an agency that brings clarity, courage and applied know-how to the marketing of this industry – for partners who believe in the value of ethical, long-lasting communication.

Roxana Hurducaș
After more than 10 years as Marketing and Communications Director at FAN Courier, the leader of the Romanian courier market, in 2020 I chose to move into entrepreneurship and consulting. In this role, I support companies in defining their brand identity, building and implementing their communication strategy and developing projects that highlight their uniqueness to consumers and within the industry.
I also work with marketing departments to understand how their communication is perceived, what adjustments are needed based on strategic objectives and what are the best ways to consolidate and manage their brand image. I have experience in coordinating marketing teams, in brand management and communication campaigns, as well as in crisis communication, media relations and Key Opinion Leaders engagement, and in internal communication. Even though I chose the entrepreneurial path in 2020, in the five and a half years that followed I never truly moved away from the transport industry – the field where I built my professional career. Alongside Claudia, I am glad to return to this sector and contribute to strengthening marketing in an industry with immense potential that deserves greater visibility.
