Marketing and communication consultant with over 19 years of experience in transport and logistics.

Claudia Barbu

I built my experience inside the industry — moving from sales to leading marketing operations, and contributing to repositioning strategies, product launches, rebranding initiatives, and communication campaigns for major companies.

After more than 14 years at TSG – euroShell, I took on the role of Marketing Communication Manager at Smart Diesel (April 2021), a company later acquired by DKV Mobility.

In September 2025, I stepped into entrepreneurship — bringing together a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, grounded in the realities of the market.

Today, I work with established companies that want to strengthen their reputation, communicate with clarity, and differentiate beyond price. I support them in defining their positioning, structuring their marketing function, and building brands that are clear, credible, and respected.

After nearly two decades alongside key players in transport and logistics, the next step became natural: DRIVION. Together with Roxana, we are building an agency that brings clarity, courage, and applied expertise into the marketing of this industry — for partners who believe in ethical, long-term communication.

Roxana Hurducaș

After more than a decade as Marketing and Communication Director at FAN Courier, Romania’s leading courier company, I chose to step into entrepreneurship and consulting in 2020.

Since then, I have been supporting companies in defining their brand identity, building and implementing communication strategies, and developing projects that highlight their uniqueness, both in the eyes of consumers and within their industry.

I also work closely with marketing teams to evaluate how their communication is perceived, identify the adjustments needed in relation to strategic objectives, and define the most effective ways to strengthen and manage their brand image.

My experience includes leading marketing teams, managing brands and communication campaigns, as well as crisis communication, media relations, Key Opinion Leader engagement, and internal communication.

Although I chose the entrepreneurial path in 2020, I never truly stepped away from transport, the industry where I built my professional foundation. Together with Claudia, I am excited to return to this sector and contribute to strengthening marketing in an industry with immense potential, one that deserves greater visibility.

At DRIVION, I bring a broader strategic perspective, shaped by experience across diverse industries.
